Making your choice in the webshop
On the homepage you will find a clear overview of all the chimney caps that you can click on or press on the photo for more information and to order. If you want to see a larger photo, click/press on the image or the magnifying glass. When you click on "more info", which is under each chimney cap, you will see more information and specifications and you can add the chimney cap to your shopping cart. You can also add your choice to so-called "favorites". Your favorite chimney cowls are stored here, so that you can immediately find these chimney cowls on 1 page at any (later) time, without having to search (again). You always have the choice to continue shopping or to pay.

Paying for your order
You can find your order(s) in your shopping cart. If you click on the "pay" button, you will be taken to the overview page, where your complete order with shipping costs is listed. The VAT is also listed separately here. (21% included). If everything is correct, then click/press on the "secure ordering" button, which will connect you to our order system. Because Santu handles our payments, you will see the Santu logo on this page, among other things. You must then select how you wish to pay. This can be done in 4 ways: With iDEAL, PayPal, credit card or by bank transfer. Finally, fill in the requested information under "billing address". It is also possible to have your order delivered to a different address. In that case, please indicate this (check the box), so that you can fill in the other delivery address here.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are free.

VAT
All prices stated in the webshop include 21% VAT. This amount is stated separately with your order.

Delivery time
Once we have received your payment, we will immediately send your order. Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL. If you pay with iDEAL, PayPal or credit card, your order will be delivered the next day.* If you pay in advance by bank transfer, the delivery time is 2 to 6 working days later.*
* If in stock, within NL.
If your order is (partially) out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible by e-mail. We receive new stock and orders every week, and will still process your order. This means that a chimney hood that is not in stock will be delivered with a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days.

Order confirmation
Immediately after your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Invoice/Delivery note
We will send your order together with a clear invoice/delivery note and the Firemaster certificate of authenticity.

Warranty
You have a warranty on your purchase. Firemaster guarantees a high-quality product without manufacturing defects. With the warranty certificate that is supplied with every Firemaster chimney cap, you have a minimum 5-year warranty. If you want to make a claim under the warranty, please send us a written message, stating the reason, together with your delivery note to our address as stated here.

Exchange/Return
You can exchange your purchase within 14 days. You must make this known in advance in writing by letter or e-mail. You send the chimney cap(s) well packaged, together with your invoice/delivery note and sufficiently stamped to our address as stated here. The chimney cap(s) must be in the original packaging, undamaged and unused. We are not liable for lost or damaged goods that arrive. You can then make another choice, if necessary with an additional or refund and the necessary shipping costs or you can have your purchase amount returned. In this case we charge €7.95 (handling, administration and shipping costs), which are deducted from the purchase amount. Discounted products are excluded from this.
